"I stayed here one week, because I had to work in a place 10 minutes from there. The hosts were very polite and helped me a couple times with everything I needed, responding to my messages the same day. Considering the other options I had seen in the area were more expensive (for one person), I think it's a good place if you're just going to sleep and have breakfast and if you're going alone: for me, it would be a little too small for two people (also take into account the bathroom is separated from the bed only by a courtain) or for one person that plans to be in the appartment for more hours during the day. It has a suppermarket one block away, a nice italian restaurant two blocks away (Nello), and a metro station (line 2) four blocks away (and the metro in Paris is very well connected; you can get to Notre Damme in half an hour, combining with line 1). The neighborhood is nice and quiet, it has a couple Embassies."

"1) Regarding obtaining the keys, I had let them know that I would have no internet when I got to the apartment, so I asked for instructions to get in. They told me they would be there (and they were), but the main door had a code that I did not have, and I wasn't able to call or message them. Finally I stopped someone on the street and asked for their phone to call, and we solved it. Nothing serious, but that interaction to access the apartment could have been smoother, specially for someone from another country that may have these connectivity issues before accessing the apartment's wifi. 2) I had read some comments saying the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. It's true. This was a problem only one night, when the neighbor was on a call until midnight. The rest of the time, it was OK (the first night I used earplugs just in case, the next ones I didn't, since you could hear noises but nothing major)."

"The apartment was situated in the Centre 20 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower, that was perfect!"

"The only thing I did not like - thin walls as if made of paper, we heard how people talked in the next apartment. And it is very very small. Toilet was behind the curtain . Owners were very nice"

"There was no breakfast included but on the way to the Effel Tower there was a lot of nice places. For example a café and with a bakery next to it where you could get a very good croissant and they allowed me to eat it on the cafeteria if I ordered drinks with it (and a double espresso and orange juice went very well with it). I also liked the room, it has everything you need and a large window that you can open totally so it almost works like a balcony when it is fully open (and it is on the ground floor so no worry to fall down)."

"In general it is very nice but the hallway that you get into from the main hall is pretty raw and feels a bit like a storage. Also I had a hard time finding the code for the outside door but the host was quick to fix it after I sent her a message so it was a minor inconvenience."
